We have employed our revolutionary block digestor technology to bring you the HotBlock COD Reactor!

Our reactors can digest 56 samples at one time.

That's two full analytical batches and over double what our competitors offer!


Features:
* Holds 16mm diameter, round-bottom vials. This is the typical size of all digestion vials for not only the COD digestion, but also many other digestion vial chemistries.
* The heater mat in each block provides uniform heat distribution to all samples throughout the digestion process.
* All of our blocks are capable of maintaining a setpoint of ±0.1°C and provide sample consistency of ±1.5°C. Temperature stability allows all samples to digest at the same rate.
* All blocks are protected by the SafeSample* alarm feature. In the unlikely event of a runaway temperature situation, an audible alarm sounds and electrical power to the heater mat is interrupted.
* The controller comes pre-programmed with a temperature set point of 150°C and a two hour timer that will flash when the digestion is complete.
